Nettse is a character in Final Fantasy XIV. He is the guardian of the Perch of the Apex, and is the husband of Tsuuhe and father of Tepeke. Nettse appears during the Magical Ranged DPS role quests in the Dawntrail expansion.

History[]

After Nettse woke up, he met up with Tsuuhe in Tuliyollal and spent the days trying to find information that could help his daughter. Unfortunately, Nettse couldn't find any information about the magic of the treasure, but he did learn that owls lurked on the plains of Pyariyoanaan. Since the tural vidraal was originally an owl, Nettse went there to look for clues about the powers of the Tural vidraal. In the area, the Warrior of Light saved Nettse, who was being attacked by a ferocious owl. The two exchange news about everything that has happened since Virazahn fled with the treasure. Nettse shared his theory that the tural vidraal owl inside the Perch of the Apex activates its power when it senses danger, and also related a forgotten legend detailing his fate.[1]

Although the viability of the prospect was still in question, Tepeke and Nettse were optimistic that the villagers would listen to the words of the one who managed to recover the treasure. Tepeke and his family return to their village[2]
