Final Fantasy VI PlayStation Bestiary entry
The Nelapa is a boss in Final Fantasy VI. It is sent by Kefka Palazzo shortly after he ends up trapped between Fiend and Demon's statues by Shadow when the Returners attempt to escape the Floating Continent. It is not a serious threat, as its main purpose is to stall the party during their escape from the Floating Continent.

It starts off the battle by casting Doom on the entire party, giving them a countdown until they are KO'ed. It is easy to defeat using physical attacks, but magic does not work, since it has Reflect (unless the party bounces spells at it off reflected party members). It attacks with Fira, Firaga, and Fireball.
