3★ - No. 1523:A wandering fortuneteller shrouded in mystery. While no one has seen her face without a veil, there is no end to the rumors of her beauty. Because of the unworldly accuracy of her fortunes, she causes a stir wherever she turns up. On the other hand, this accuracy has caused her to be attacked numerous times by those wishing to use her abilities for evil purposes.
4★ - No. 1524:A wandering fortune teller with amazing accuracy. Those who have witnessed her fight off evil using cards controlled by a mysterious power gossip as to how she gained such an ability. Some speculated that she was originally from a land famous as the birthplace of the spellblade, but it is said when she caught wind of this she simply smiled mysteriously in response.
5★ - No. 1525:A wandering fortune teller who can freely manipulate tarot cards. She travels on her journey relying on her own power, for the sake of saving as many people as possible from undesirable futures. Neisha believes that her power is not for bringing people fortune so much as preventing misfortune. She also doesn't think of herself as some kind of ally of justice, nor desire people's gratitude. To this day, she continues her journey, seeking nothing in return.
