Naomi is a character in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. She lives in Costa del Sol.
She alongside Yorda and Fran were dispatched by Mayor Kapono to attend to Professor Hojo while he was visiting the locale. The three agreed mostly because they believed it would ultimately help their fashion business.

Naomi is a young woman with dark brown curly hair dyed red, and brown eyes. She wears a black strapless bandeau bikini top and black and red shorts underneath a brightly patterned vest held together with two brown belts around her waist. She wears a number of gold accessories, including hoop earrings, bracelets, and an armband. She also wears a headband with a red, orange, and white design.
