I instruct these would-be warriors on the finer points of swordsmanship. If you like, I could teach you a thing or two as well, though I can't promise to be gentle. You'll be bruised and bloody by the time we're finished, but I guarantee you'll be stronger for it. Observe our training and see for yourself.

Mylla

Mylla Swordsong is a non-playable character from Final Fantasy XIV. She is the Guildmaster for gladiators at the Coliseum in Ul'dah.

History[]

Early life[]

Mylla is the daughter of the previous guildmaster, and entered the guild at the age of five. She became the First Sword ever since her father perished seven years ago, and does her utmost to aid the guild.[1]

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn[]

Mylla Swordsong-0

Mylla guided the adventurer when they joined the guild. When she heard that Aldis returned to Ul'dah, she was unhappy with his presence and refused to speak with him. Mylla and Aldis were once romantically involved, but Aldis fled Ul'dah and left Mylla behind when he was suspected of both poisoning Mylla's father and fixing tournaments. After discovering that the Alucran planned on killing him on false charges, Mylla mounted up a rescue party to Eastern Thanalan. When they discovered his location, she threw the sword to him so he could set himself free and face Leavold. After the death of Leavold, Aldis left Ul'dah once more, and Mylla sent the adventurer to Jenlyns to become more proficient in swordsmanship.
