Muscmaloi grows on the Giza Plains. Muscmaloi is described as being "fever-reducing" in the first mission, "Herb Picking". After the mission is completed, Montblanc explains that it grows "all over" and that he used to pick them when he was little.

Muskmallows are grown at Muskmallow Field.
Final Fantasy XIV[]
Muscmaloi is an herb, with potent Aether-fortifying properties having its cultivation outlawed in Old Sharlayan a few years ago. In the Sage Questline Faldrinet uses the plant, and Thavnairian alchemical ingredients in his procedures to enhance the human body.

- It is possible that the "muscmaloi" of Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is a misinterpretation of a Japanese pronunciation of "musk mallow", which is an actual herbal plant of the extensive mallow family.
