The Mover RE is an enemy in Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. Its extremely high Attack, Vitality, Magic, and Spirit stats make it difficult to defeat.
Although the Mover RE's Delta Attack is a bit weaker that Mover EX's, it still can inflict a significant amount of damage. It is susceptible to Graviga and Costly Punch.
