Rydia should Summon Bahamut, or Palom and Porom should use Twin magic to whittle down their large HP quickly. Yang and Cecil should help with their physicals while Rosa or Porom heal. The Soldier Monk's physical attacks do average damage but it is compensated by numbers.
For a very easy win, just use a Red Fang on them, it will deal 9,999 damage and end the battle.
