Final Fantasy VI PlayStation Bestiary entry
Misty, also known as Dahling, is an enemy in Final Fantasy VI. She is fought by examining the "picture of a lovely lady" in the lower-left corner of the gallery in Owzer's Mansion.
In the original release of Final Fantasy VI, the sprite was censored by having the smoke coming from her cigarette removed. The same was done to her palette swaps. The smoke is restored in future releases.
Stats[]
Battle[]
She can blind characters using Eyeshadow and can also use Blizzara, Thundara, and Silence. When attacked, she has a chance of casting Cura to the attacker; this is due to an error in the attack script. Defeating Misty destroys the picture of the lady, revealing a door leading into Owzer's basement.
If the player missed the encounter with the Rafflesia, or is having trouble finding them on the Veldt, the Misty and the Blade Dancer offer quickest access to amassing large quantities of Genji Armor. The two have the Moogle Suit as a rare steal, which can be bet at Dragon's Neck Coliseum for a Nutkin Suit. The Nutkin Suit in turn can be bet for Genji Armor.
