The man has a request.
Miniventures are side-quests available to Lann and Reynn in World of Final Fantasy. The twins must fulfill various requests for the citizens of Grymoire. The player can collect their rewards for doing so by speaking to the necessary townspeople or via the "Miniventures" section in the Adventure Log.
Completing all the miniventures awards the "People Pleaser" achievement/trophy.
