The Mimi is an enemy in Final Fantasy XIII-2.

Stats[edit | edit source]

Battle[edit | edit source]

It can summon much stronger enemies like the Proto-behemoth and the Mánagarmr. It is also temporarily invincible when summoning. It will only summon once per battle, and after summoning it will cast low-level spells. It is important to note any Bamapama that are summoning along with Mimi.

The more there are helping the Mimi summon, the stronger the summoned monster will be. Since Bamapama aren't invincible while summoning, it is recommended to attack them before the Mimi can summon a Proto-behemoth.

Etymology[edit | edit source]

Mimis are fairy-like beings of Arnhem Land in the folklore of the Indigenous Australians of northern Australia that live in a different dimension from humans. They have thin and elongated bodies, and to avoid breaking in high wind they spend most of their time living in rock crevices. They are said to have taught the Aborigines of Australia how to hunt, prepare kangaroo meat and use fire.
