Metal Knuckle (メタルナックル, Metaru Nakkuru?), also known as Metal Knuckles, Hard Knuckles, Metal Fist, is a recurring weapon in the series. It is often either a low-ranked or the weakest knuckle in the game, and is usually used by Monks.

Metal Knuckles is a high-ranked fist weapon, used by Onion Knights, Monks, and Black Belts. It provides 100 Attack, and is a treasure in the Sunken Cave.
Final Fantasy IV: The After Years[edit | edit source]
The Metal Knuckle provides +5 Strength. It can be equipped by Yang, Ursula, and possibly Monks A, B, and C. It can be found in Yang's Challenge Dungeon and dropped by certain enemies.

Metal Knuckle is Sabin's starting weapon, and it has an attack power of 55.
Final Fantasy VII[edit | edit source]
Metal Knuckle is the second weakest weapon for Tifa, and is bought in Wall Market for 320 gil. It provides 18 Attack, 102% Hit Rate, +1 Magic, and two Materia slots that are linked.

Metal Knuckles is a weapon for Martial Arts (Male) that can only be obtained when their rank is Gold.
Final Fantasy VII Remake[edit | edit source]
The Metal Knuckles are a weapon for Tifa that provides the Overpower ability, which leaps towards an enemy with an attack combo to pressure them. The weapons' main asset is its raw Attack Power, which is higher than Tifa's other weapons.
Final Fantasy VIII[edit | edit source]
A punch can be a deadly weapon, but it can be made even more effective by wearing this, the Metal Knuckle. These gloves are widely used.

Known as Hard Knuckles, it is the weakest knuckle, providing only +29 Attack and +1 Evasion. It teaches Whirlwind to White Monks and Silver Disc to Gadgeteers, and can be bought for 500 gil.
Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift[edit | edit source]
Metal Knuckles is the second weakest fist weapon, and provides 29 Attack and 2 Evade. It teaches Roundhouse to White Monks, Silver Disc to Tinkers, and Inner Calm to Berserkers. It can be bought for 300 gil in the shop after creating it in the Bazaar for an Earth Stone, Zirconium, and Wolf Pelt.

An enhanced version of the bronze knuckles coated in metal to give them more power. Originally, fist fighting had been used for personal fights only. However, later on courageous warriors began using their fists to fight the monsters constantly menacing their world. They would need both physical and mental strength in order to stand against the beasts' sharp fangs and claws.
Description
Metal Knuckles is a Fist weapon obtained by buying it for 400 gil at Village of Kolts, by crafting it using 80 gil and x5 Iron Ores, and by finding it in Village of Kol. It provides 20 ATK.
