Map

Displays a map of the current location, where a marker can be set.

Quests

Main article: Quest (Final Fantasy XV)

Shows a list of accepted and completed quests.

Gear

Allows modification of the party's equipment, including weapons, accessories, attire, and techniques.

Ascension

Main article: Ascension (Final Fantasy XV)

Opens the Ascension grid, where AP can be spent to improve the party's parameters.

Skills

Contains each party member's trademark skill, its current level, and any unlocked bonuses.

Elemancy

Main article: Elemancy

Magic grenades can be constructed using stored elemental energy and materials.

Items

All of the player's items can be viewed and organized.

Archives

Within the Archives menu is several submenus: Photos, a gallery of every saved photo; Dishes, showing every known recipe; Fishes, featuring a record of caught fish; Bestiary, containing enemy information; Dossiers, which are character profiles; and a Datalog for various documents.
