Mega All is an Independent Materia in Final Fantasy VII. When equipped, it causes all physical attacks, Magic, and most commands to affect all enemies or allies at once, up to five times per battle. The affected commands from Command Materia are Steal, Mug, Sense, Morph, D.blow, and Manip.. Equipping Mega All will change the Attack command to Slash-All, without the Slash-All Materia equipped, and Magic used with Mega All has the same effect as linked All Materia.
Mega All can be found in the Northern Cave, in the Mako Stream area. It is located on a ledge the player jumps through, and the player must use the confirm button at the right time to pick it up amid Cloud's jump. Another way to get the Mega All is from sending the allies through different paths of the final dungeon: sending Vincent left at the first junction, then down at the next, he ends up with a Mega All when the party converges at the bottom of the crater. The player can thus get two Mega All, one from Vincent and one from picking it up as Cloud via the item duplication trick; it is possible to duplicate all of the items found on the paths the player sends the party members to that Cloud won't initially go himself.

Mega All will cause attacks, commands, and magic spells to hit all enemies or all allies at once. This gives it the effect of having linked All Materia on all magic, as well as an equipped level 1 Slash-All Materia. It is also the only way to allow Steal, Mug, Sense, Morph, D.blow, or Manip. to hit all enemies.
Equipping Mega All will overwrite the Attack command with Slash-All, even when the player has Double Cut equipped. Mega All is also incompatible with Quadra Magic. Though the screen will show that the player is targeting all enemies/allies, only one will be targeted, and all four castings of the spell will affect only that target.
Mega All's main drawback is how late it is acquired, meaning it is best to level up the Materia quickly. Doing this can also make the Materia very useful for Barret with his Missing Score due to the large amount of AP it can store.
