It is the Lightning-elemental Entite found in the Toam Hills on the Giza Plains during the Rains; specifically during thunderstorms when there is lightning among the rainclouds. It is also fought in the Zodiac versions' Trial Mode at Stage 74 along with four Storm Elementals where an Elixir can be rarely stolen from it.
