Manafont (魔力の泉, Maryoku no Izumi?, lit. Spring of Magic Power), also known as Mana Spring, is a recurring ability in the series.

Final Fantasy XI[edit | edit source]
Manafont is a special job ability for the Black Mage. It allows all spells cast by a Black Mage to cost 0 MP, and no MP is necessary to begin casting for 30 seconds. It can be recast every 1 hour.
Final Fantasy XII[edit | edit source]
Mana Spring is an enemy ability used by Cúchulainn, Shemhazai, Zodiark, and Tower. It grants the user the augment 0 MP, and has 3 CT and will always work on the user.
Dissidia Final Fantasy/Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy[edit | edit source]
Manafont is an EX Mode ability for Shantotto, which allows Shantotto to retain her Bravery after landing a HP Attack and includes her EX Burst.
In Dissidia 012, Shantotto's Bravery drops to zero after dealing HP damage, but will instantaneously return back to its base value afterwards regardless of its amount.
