The Malboro Menace is a boss in the Advance, and the discontinued 2014 versions of Final Fantasy VI. It is this game's version of the Final Fantasy X monster of the same name.
Stats[]
Battle[]
At first it appears alone, but when killed, it spawns two identical Malboro Menaces, and when they are killed, four more spawn. The Malboro Menaces randomly use Blaster to counter attacks and spells used on them. They regularly use their signature Bad Breath and Diabolic Whistle abilities to inflict many status ailments on the party, making them very dangerous.
Unlike most bosses in the Dragons' Den, Malboro Menace, Earth Eater, Gargantua, Dark Behemoth, and Abyss Worm do not drop any ultimate weapons, and they will respawn every time player enters their area.
Strategy[]
The Ribbon relic is extremely useful. Offensively, Firaga, Flare, and Ultima are the best spells. Cyan's Bushido, Oblivion, may dispatch all the four Malboro Menaces at one turn.
