The Mahadeva, formerly called Displayer and Displayr, is an enemy in Final Fantasy VI fought in Ebot's Rock.
Stats[]
Battle[]
On their second turn, and every third turn after, Mahadevas have a 33% chance of using Crypt Dust to turn a KOed party member into a Zombie. Otherwise, they use only normal attacks and their special attack, Rib, a stronger attack. Though they know Death and Banish, neither ability exists in its attack script. As with most undead enemies, Fira and Holy are effective against it.
