Magic Dragon (マジックドラゴン, Majikku Doragon?), also known as Mystic Dragon, is a recurring enemy in the Final Fantasy series. They have purple scales, and winged ones have green scales on the inner side of wings. Magic Dragons favor magic, especially the level-targeting spells, but they don't shy away from using physical attacks.

Final Fantasy V[]
Magic Dragon is an enemy that appears in Castle Exdeath on 2F–4F, in the Sunken Walse Tower, and in the the final dungeon. It has three Blue Magic skills: Level 2 Old, Aeroga, and Off-Guard. If caught, it will give the player one use of Blaze. It is weak to poison element and Level 3 Flare.
Final Fantasy VI[]
Magic Dragon is an enemy that debuted in the Game Boy Advance version of the game and also appears in the 2014 versions. It is found in the Dragons' Den. It often appears in groups of three and can use numerous Lore abilities, including White Wind, Lv.? Holy, and Aero.
