Template:Sideicon The Mad Plant is an enemy in Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. It attacks on the Battlefields around the Sand Temple. Despite its stats and appearance, it does not appear in Level Forest.

It can be dispatched easily with the axe.
It starts the battle its branches outstretched, but as it takes damage parts of its branches and trunk are chopped off.
Etymology
The roper is a magical beast from Dungeons & Dragons, resembling a conical structure similar in appearance to rock, wrapped in rope-like tentacles which conceal a mouth.
