The Mánagarmr is an enemy in Final Fantasy XIII-2.

Mánagarmr is fairly strong and can use devastating Lightning attacks, which will heal it and heavily damage the party. Its breath attack can inflict status ailments on one or more targets. It is weak to Wind.
Mánagarmr is one of the three creatures that can be summoned by a Mimi. A summoned Mánagarmr can be tamed. The Mimi is accompanied by between three and five Bamapamas; a Mánagarmr is always summoned when there is one or no Bamapamas remaining on the field. If two or three Bamapamas remain, the Mimi summons a Xolotl; if four or five, a Proto-behemoth. The Mimi itself is invincible while summoning.

Mánagarmr is a Commando. Its Feral Link, Sonic Fangs, deals physical damage to a target. With Strength Materials and passives, he can surpass 1200 in Strength, making him the strongest Commandos in his monster group.

Etymology[]
In Norse mythology, Mánagarmr ("moon-hound") is another name for the wolf Hati Hróðvitnisson, referring to his hunting down the moon during the Ragnarök and swallowing it.
