However, he possesses the ability to understand the weaknesses of others.

Profile[]

Appearance[]

Lucio is a pale young man with short, white hair. He has bluish grey eyes. He wears red plate armor and wears black garments underneath. He wears a white cape.

Personality[]

Lucio is a well-behaved, noble young man, with a notable lack of experience in relation to his fellow Crystal Warriors, and a lack of confidence in his abilities. Although well meaning, Lucio often finds himself through hardships he sometimes thinks he is not up to the task. Nonetheless he understands the importance of his role and mission and tries his best to try to live up to expectations.

A kind hearted soul by nature, he is highly sympathetic to the pleas of people and often tries to jump to their aid, sometimes forgetting or going against his own mission, or even without fully rationalizing how he can best help others considering his own tasks and realistic ability to help others.

Out of all the Warriors of the Crystals, he seems the most normal of the bunch and has regularly served as the source of common sense in relation to his fellow warriors' quirky personalities.

Character description

Lucio is a UR-rarity unit of the Light element whose main job is Warrior of the Kindlelight, while his sub jobs are Monk and Paladin. He can equip the following items: Sword, Helm, Armor, Accessory. His unit cost is 80. Lucio can be obtained for free by playing through Another Story, which also houses the materials needed to enhance him, with more being obtained as the story progresses.

His Master Ability increases allies' Max HP by 5% and All Ele Attack by 10, as well as his own ATK by 10% and Dark Attack Res by 10.

Lucio is a rather unique unit, as his power is entirely dependant upon progression through Another Story. The more scenarios that are cleared, the more the materials needed for his growth are obtained. Further updates to Another Story include other benefits like unlocking his EX Job, extending his level cap on his EX board and even granting him his Limit Burst.

Lucio's Warrior of the Kindlelight is a straightforward physical damage Job with a rather simplistic offensive skill set at the beginning. The Job has a focus on Critical Hits, as he is capable of increasing his Critical Hit ratio through Support Abilities and skill buffs, while unlocking certain benefits when scoring Critical Hits. The Job is also resilient as it has increased HP via Luminous Conditioning, as well as self buff his own Single Target Resistance. Lucio is also flexible and utilitarian; his Tri-Slasher is a powerful 3-hit attack useful for building chains, which can be adjusted through his Support Abilities into becoming either a Pierce-type or Strike-type attack, allowing him to easily be integrated into different team comps, and event content that requires chaining for increased damage output, while his Dazzling Blade can cancel ability activation and cause Stun on targets. He is also capable of buffing Slash and Dark resistance to himself and allies, Restore HP and TP to a single ally. Lucio also boasts increased Move.

Lucio's Monk Sub Job, focuses on Strike Damage tactics, with the ability to greatly increase his ATK for one turn through Store or inflict Doom via Countdown, while also centering on high HP and stronger Strike Damage through his Passive Abilities. His Paladin Sub Job, centers on tanking maneuvers via reducing mostly Physical Damage, buffing his defenses, increasing his own Max HP and even increasing his own Hate value through Taunting Blade, or cause Stun with Blade Bash.

Lucio's EX Job Warrior of the Dawning Light, greatly increases Lucio's potential. His first upgrade increases his level cap up to 110 as well as changing Domain of Light into Greater Domain of Light, which expands the area of effect as well as boost the resistance buff effect. Light Crescent changes into Crescentic Break which debuffs the target's DEF before applying damage. His second upgrade changes Scintillating Edge into Scintillating Eclipse, allowing him to destroy Physic Barrier before applying damage. Illumed Swordsmanship becomes Illumed Swordsmanship II, adding DEF penetration and Dark Killer. His EX stat board bolsters his ATK and his stats for easier Critical Hits.

Overall, Lucio is a very serviceable unit despite being a Free unit and can find a mutltitude of use in both PvE and PvP content. His central weaknesses are towards Magical attacks as he lacks innate SPR and major buffs to augment his SPR. Magic-type attacks in particular are one of his natural weaknesses. Furthermore his power as a unit is hampered through progression of Another Story, giving him a somewhat steep development curve.

A mantle belonging to Lucio, an apprentice warrior. Its wearer is granted courage and the power to withstand malevolent forces. It has been imbued with the Will of Light's wishes for Lucio to become a warrior capable of overcoming adversity and leading the other Warriors of the Crystals. While he remains unaware of this, he continues to slowly grow as the warrior he is destined to be.
