*chuckle* Finally, something interesting!
Luartha
Luartha is a playable character of War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Known as the Quiet Miscreant, she is a woman who enjoys freedom and travels from country to country. She eventually settled in Wezette with Viktora as she believes something interesting may happen if she is with her.
Profile[]
Appearance[]
Personality[]
Luartha is an upbeat woman and a thrill-seeker. Rather than power or money, Luartha seeks to amuse herself as much as she can, partnering with Viktora not out of any sense of loyalty, but purely for entertainment as the Dragoon's schemes provide her with the necessary dose of excitement to keep her from boredom.
Her appetite for exhilaration can reach sociopathic lengths as she feels nothing about betrayal, manipulation, or murder occurring around her and, in fact, elates at the unfolding chaos and collateral damage that ensues from her and Viktora's machinations. Her desire for spectacle is such that she resents being lectured on her lack of morality, although she nonetheless is aware that her actions are despicable.
Beneath her cheerful and adventuring demeanor lies a troubled soul. As a result of being an artificial lifeform created by the Crystal Sanctum, she has only known a life of combat with no real past of her own, hating herself and finding solace in Viktora's company and feeling alive in their schemes.
Story[]
Background[]
Luartha is an homunculus created by Sadali Chrystea in a long series of experiments to create artificial lifeforms as a means to resurrect his dead lover, Exia. Luartha's emotions could not be controlled as the Crystal Sanctum wished and she was deemed a failure and made a soldier under the name of "Sorrow".
As she carried her orders she grew resentful of what she was over time. She fled the Sanctum, but developed an identity crisis over what was fundamentally her lack of a real past and her inability to do anything but fight. She met Viktora and the two partnered, Luartha adopting her current name and feeling alive in Viktora's company while avoiding the subject of her past life.

A Damsel in Distress[]
Tyytas, Chel and Howlet are in the middle of some plains, talking about all the times Howlet has tried to rescue "princesses in distress" only to be deceived when he is not even a proper knight.[1] A woman's scream sounds out and Howlet follows after it. Tyytas scoffs that it's another woman and that he has a bad feeling about it. Tyytas and Chel follow Howlet.
The trio runs into an open plain and watches Rundall soldiers surround two young women, Rundall having been waging war on neighboring nations in a bid to expand their territory. A soldier steps away from the women and asks the trio to identify themselves. Before Tyytas can explain, Viktora and Luartha run from the soldiers towards the trio. Viktora states that they happened to run into some good men, and that something good comes out of screaming every once in a while. Luartha pleads the trio for help as they were suddenly ambushed. Tyytas is shocked and the Rundall soldier says that if they intend to interfere, they won't make it easy for the trio.
Viktora and Luartha hide behind Tyytas and Howlet as the soldiers unsheate their swords. Tyytas is cynical but Howlet assures the two women that they make quick work of the soldiers, and after defeating the soldiers,[2] Chel praises her brothers. Viktora and Luartha thank the trio. Tyytas asks what the Rundall soldiers wanted to do with them, giving Viktora some pause. Howlet tells Tyytas that they're in Lykeros territory and that Rundall soldiers unleashing their chaos on another nation's land means that Rundall is at fault. Tyytas argues that Rundall and Lykeros are amid a war and so it is not out of the ordinary to find soldiers from Rundall within Lykeros territory.
When the women prod about the trip's origins, it comes out that Howlet's father disowned him as he did not take his training seriously and his siblings ran after him. The trio bids their goodbyes. Viktora is surprised, with Luartha agreeing, that they were able to meet such skilled men who could be of use to their plans.
The trio finds themselves in another plain with fallen Rundall soldiers.[3] Tyytas blames the two women they met as harbingers of misfortune as they've been running into Rundall soldiers ever since their encounter. When Tyytas sees Viktora running towards them, he turns his back, crosshing his arms, but Howlet approaches the exhausted Viktora, asking what the matter is and presuming that she was unable to forget about him. Viktora introduces herself and warns that Rundall soldiers carried Luartha off. Tyytas says they shouldn't be entangled in Viktora's affairs. Howlet deduces that the Rundall soldiers have free run of the place, with Chel saying that they can't just let bad guys do whatever they want.
Howlet asks Viktora where Luartha is, with Tyytas saying that Howlet needs to stop diving headfirst into situations that don't involve him. Viktora says she saw Luartha being taken to Lykeros Castle. Tyytas asks if Howlet plans to invade an enemy stronghold. Howlet says it would be rather foolish to go in through the front door, and that they should wait until nightfall.
Howlet, Tyytas, Chel, and Viktora inflitrate Lykeros Castle,[4] Viktora amazed it was so easy to sneak in. Howlet says a castle has a dungeon, and if a princess is being held captive anywhere, it would be in there. As the trio descends into the dungeon, they see fallen Rundall soldiers lining the floor.[5] Tyytas approaches a wounded soldier and asks what happened. The Rundall soldier assumes they're friends with Luartha but Tyytas denies. The soldier asks who Luartha really is and Tyytas tries to ask where she went but the Rundall soldier collapses. Tyytas deduces that what befell the soldiers was Luartha's doing. Howlet comments that Luarta's turning out to be a feisty princess.
Rundall soldiers confront the trio over being in league with Luartha. Tyytas notices Viktora is gone, but after some arguing among themselves, the trio unsheathes their weapons and faces the Rundall soldiers.
