Lu'Cia is a playable character of War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Known as the Cruel Trigger, she leads Rundall's third division Calorum.

Gameplay[]

A dual gunner who leads Rundall's Third Division, «Calorum». She is usually calm and collected, but once angered, she fires her guns indiscriminately, making her feared by both friend and foe alike. She fiercely admires King Jayden and dreams of moving up to «Vanum».

Character description

Lu'Cia is a UR-rarity unit of the Wind element whose main job is Dual Gunner, while her sub jobs are Ranger and Monk. She can equip the following items: Gun, Hat, Clothing, Accessory. Her unit cost is 80.

Her Master Ability increases her own ATK by 10% and Earth Eater by 15%. Her Limit Burst is Sadistic Dance which deals 2-Hit Dmg (L) to target & chance of inflicting status ailments (Immobilize/Disable) for 3 turns.

Boots worn by Lu'Cia. Despite sporting heels, she is able to freely move about the battlefield in these boots without missing a single shot. Long sought after by the commander of «Calorum», she had to scour the ends of the earth before she found them.

Bewitching Boots description

Her Trust Master Reward is the Bewitching Boots accessory which bestows HP +142, DEF +5, EVA +10, AGI +7 and the Limiter Off ability, which raises Range by 1 for 3 turns & raises AGI.

Lu'Cia, the dual-gun wielding commander of Rundall's third division «Calorum». By merit of having a white mage for a father, she is extremely knowledgeable in matters of the human body and has conducted thorough research and practical experiments on what parts of the body can be damaged in order to disable it.
Between her persistent nature of stalking her prey to no end and her cold-heartedness, there is almost a child-like innocence to her⁠—single-mindedly pursuing something she likes and playing with it until she grows bored.
While Lu'Cia almost seems as if she is enjoying frolicking with these animals, her eyes are undoubtedly studying their physical forms with callous curiosity.

Vision card description

New Test Subjects is a UR-rarity vision card with a cost of 70. At Lv. 99, its stats are HP +272, ATK +164, MAG +12 and DEX +70. Its Party Abilities are Missile Attack Up 25, Unit Attack Res Up 12 and Wind Unit Strike Attack Res Up 20. Its Bestowed Effect is Acquired AP Up 30%, and its Limited Bestowed Effect is Wind Attack Up 20 for Lu'Cia only. It was illustrated by SQUARE ENIX.

Rundall's third division, «Calorum», is made up of gunner units. Although the individual soldiers lack the ability to break through enemy lines, they are excellent skirmishers and support troops, and have played a key role in the rapid expansion of Rundall's power.
Commander Lu'Cia and Gunner Creysse originally served together in the second division, «Crucium», where their old commander, Rhaldor, put them through a strict curriculum on weapon maintenance. The firearms used by «Calorum» are complicated mechanical devices, and keeping them in prime working order is a matter of life and death on the battlefield. Even as commander, Lu'Cia takes care of her own arms, and makes sure that Creysse follows her example.

Tune-Up Time is a UR-rarity vision card with a cost of 70. At Lv. 99, its stats are HP +276, AP +20 and ATK +164. Its Party Abilities are Water Unit Man Eater Up Upon Phys Attack Up 25, Water Unit Accuracy Up 13 and Water Unit Unit Attack Res Up 20. Its Limited Bestowed Effects are Magic Attack Res Up 10 and ATK Up 10% for Water units only, as well as Missile ATK Up 20 for Creysse and Lu'Cia only. It was illustrated by G-ROW Art.
