Lostwing is a village in Final Fantasy XVI, located in Central Sanbreque inside Fallen ruins known as an "airship", hence the name of the town. The town leader is Quinten, an ally to Cidolfus Telamon and the latter's quest to emancipate Bearers. Lostwing is known for its vineyards, but is rarely visited by anyone but traders who seek the village's fine wine since the road through Sanbreque around these parts has fallen to disuse.
History[]
Quinten started the town to secretly amass a private army to take his vengeance on a lord he holds a grudge against.
Etymology[]
The village is called Lostwing because the inhabitants believe the ruins upon which the settlement is built upon is an ancient Fallen airship.
