Lost Allagan Knuckles are a pair of 
Pugilist's Arms for 
Monks that are no longer available. They could be acquired in Rhalgr's Reach by trading an Early Model Tomestone and 10 Rowena's Tokens (Creation). The Early Model Tomestone could be traded for using 4 Deltascape Crystalloids acquired from 
Deltascape V4.0, or dropped directly from Deltascape V2.0 (Savage), while Rowena's tokens were purchased using Allagan tomestones. They could then be upgraded to Augmented Lost Allagan Knuckles.
