Lilikin for the most part are dwarfish humans with large cylindrical heads and tiny bodies, in the chibi tradition. As such, Lilikin stand no taller than knee-high to a human. Their appearances are equally as diverse as humans (Jiants) with the same variations in hair color, eye color, skin tone, etc.
Creation and developmentEdit
"Lilikin" may be a portmanteau of "Lilliput" and "Munchkin", both of which refer to other fictional diminutive races. Lilliput is one of two islands home to tiny people in Gulliver's Travels by Jonathan Swift. Munchkin, an informal word for a child or a person of short stature, was coined as a group of natives from the Land of Oz books by L. Frank Baum.
