Final Fantasy IV description
Lightning Arrow (雷の矢? or ひかりのや, Kaminari no Ya?, lit. Thunder Arrow), also known as Light Arrow, Lit, Bolt Arrow, Bolt, and Lightning Arrows, is a recurring weapon in the series. It is of the Lightning element, and can be used by those equipped with a bow.

Final Fantasy III
Light Arrow is a mid-ranked arrow only usable by the Onion Knight and Ranger classes, and provides 17 Strength (30 on the NES) and is Lightning-elemental. It can be bought for 150 gil (30 on the NES) at the Village of the Ancients or found as treasure at Castle Argus.
Final Fantasy IV
Lightning Arrow is a mid-ranked arrow that provides 15 Strength and is Lightning-elemental. It can be bought for 30 gil at Troia, found as treasure at Sylph Cave, or dropped from Storm Anima, Lesser Marilith, and Clockwork Soldier.
Final Fantasy IV -Interlude-
Lightning Arrow is a mid-ranked arrow, providing 10 Attack, is Lightning-elemental, and deals extra damage against Machines. It can be bought for 30 gil at Damcyan, Fabul, or the dwarf on the Falcon, or dropped from Storm Anima. It can be equipped by Cecil, Rydia, Rydia?, Rosa, Palom, Porom, and Cid.
Final Fantasy IV: The After Years
Lightning Arrow is a mid-ranked arrow, it provides 15 Attack, is Lightning-elemental, and is effective against machines. It can be bought for 500 gil at Mist, Agart, and Troia, found as treasure at Underground Waterway during both Palom's and Porom's Tales, or dropped from Storm Anima, Proto Beam Cannon, Lesser Marilith, Clockwork Soldier, or Blast Golem. It can be equipped by Cecil, Ceodore, Cid, Rosa, Rydia, Palom, Porom, Edward, Luca, Leonora, Izayoi, and Harley.
Final Fantasy XI
Lightning Arrow is an archery weapon that provides 29 damage, 120 delay, and an additional Lightning damage effect. It deals 14.5 damage per second and accumulates 45 TP per hit. It can be equipped by level 45 Warrior, Red Mage, Thief, Paladin, Dark Knight, Beastmaster, Ranger, Samurai, and Ninja. It can be bought for ~141 - 145 gil from Taniko-Maniko in Port Windurst (H-9) and Maymunah in Bastok Mines (K-7).
Final Fantasy XII
Lightning Arrows is a mid-ranked arrow that provides 2 Strength and is Lightning-elemental. It can be found as treasure at Cerobi Steppe (South Liavell Hill and Feddik River) or by completing the Hunt "A Chase Through The Woods".
In the Zodiac versions, it is a reward for the "A Chase Through The Woods" hunt or stolen from Wendice in Trial Mode Stage 28.
