Lightning (Record Keeper character)

A former member of the Guardian Corps, a peacekeeping force in Cocoon. Lightning cuts her ties with the Corps and rebels against the Sanctum to save her beloved sister who has been branded l'Cie.

Lightning is a playable character in Final Fantasy Record Keeper. She represents the Record Realm belonging to Final Fantasy XIII and has Record Synergy in all Realms pertaining to the Final Fantasy XIII series.

Profile[]

Lightning is a balanced fighter with average physical stats, but very high Speed and a strong skillset. She is her Record Realm's representative Spellblade, and is also one of a very few able to wield a gun, giving her ranged attack potential. Her Blazefire Saber, Peacemaker and Etro's Embrace let her work both ways via the Soul Breaks offered to her. However, the best asset she has is that she is one of the select few that can use the extremely powerful Powerchain-Full Charge combo, thanks to her full Celerity and Combat access, making her an excellent character in pure offense. But, as Thunder becomes her controlling element, Lightning could find herself at a serious disadvantage against non-mechanical foes.

Abilities[]

Lightning can use Black Magic spells up to rarity rank 3, White Magic spells up to rarity rank 2, Spellblade abilities up to rarity rank 4, Combat abilities up to rarity rank 5, Celerity abilities up to rarity rank 5, and Sharpshooter abilities up to rarity rank 5.

Her default Soul Break is Blitz which at the expense of one Soul Gauge segment deals physical non-elemental damage to all enemies with a multiplier of 1.1x a conventional attack.
