Leech is an enemy type from Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. It is the strongest worm-type monster and weak to axe and Wind attacks. As Benjamin and Kaeli both have the Giant's Axe and Aero spell by this time, Leeches can be easily defeated. For the first phase, its head is raised, but after losing a significant amount of health, its head is facefirst into the ground, implying it was either decapitated or in the middle of burrowing.
