The logo of the syndicate, a heart with two empty rings on its "arms", is depicted on Ormi's shield, as well as on the group's uniform.

The Leblanc Syndicate is a group of Sphere Hunters, and the rivals of the Gullwings in Final Fantasy X-2.
The syndicate headquarters are in the old Guado manor in Guadosalam, where all the former Guado leaders, such as Jyscal and Seymour, resided - and which Leblanc herself refers to as Chateau Leblanc. Only syndicate members are allowed entrance, and the syndicate members take turns in guarding the entrance.

The syndicate is led by Leblanc and her two lackeys, Ormi and Logos, who were previously Yevonites forced to do the Maesters' dirty work. A number of other Spirans have joined, wearing syndicate uniforms - some who were thought to have died in the disastrous Operation Mi'ihen, and others being rogue Al Bhed who have never forgiven Cid for destroying Home. The syndicate members admire Leblanc for her kindness to them, and thus are blindly loyal to her.

When Yuna, Rikku and Paine discover the Leblanc Syndicate had robbed them, they decide to search around for syndicate uniforms to sneak into their headquarters. After finding the three uniforms needed, the girls infiltrate Chateau Leblanc.
Battle

The Leblanc Syndicate members are referred to as "goons" when fought as enemies, and appear to be continuously afraid of being fired, to which they refer to as "getting the heel". The uniform consists of a mask and a skin-tight outfit, pink for women and army green for men. The Syndicate also use machina snakes that they can call during battle.
The Male Goons and Female Goons both use physical attacks in battle, but only the latter is capable of using black magic. Template:Sec-stub
