Description
Leapfrog is an ability available for characters under the 
Toad status effect. It causes the character to jump high in the air and descend with a flying kick.
The toad status effect greatly limits the characters' physical capabilities, replacing all abilities with Leapfrog.

Being the only way to consume ATB other than the use of items, the ability itself is nothing exceptional. Its main use is to act as a dodge mechanic, as characters will leap high enough to avoid some enemy attacks. Surprisingly, the ability can actually hit multiple opponents at once and even deal area-of-effect damage to opponents with multiple limbs. However, ideally, it is best to consume the ATB for restorative items, such as Remedy and Maiden's Kiss, to cleanse the status ailment.
In challenge runs using the enfeeblement ring accessory, Leapfrog is best used as a way to close the gap between opponents, and to deal significant stagger damage. It should be used in succession with other Leapfrogs in conjunction with basic attacks to maximize the damage output and pressure the opponent enough to inflict stagger.
