It is one of the few enemies in the game that can Jump, and it can inflict Sap with its Tongue attack. It is best to kill it before the third round, because its infamous Rippler bug can permanently lose Shadow's dog, Interceptor, if he is in the party.
Strategy
Blizzara and Blizzaga work well against them.
