Oh, shut up and help me remodel the Lapis Manalis page!
Lapis Manalis is a main scenario Dungeon in Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker added in patch 6.3 "Gods Revel, Lands Tremble". The duty takes place in the mountains of Garelamald up a snowy path leading to an abandoned reaper settlement.
Story[]
Your quest to find Vrtra's brood-sister Azdaja leads you to Garlemald, where you believe she may have passed through a voidgate. Increased sightings of voidsent in the area lend further credence to your suspicions. In the hopes of narrowing your search for the alleged gate, Alphinaud tells you of an abandoned village in the mountains to the east where Garleans once practiced the reaper arts. But is a portal the only thing you may chance to find there in the heart of the mountain?
Duty Finder description
Located far to the southeast from the capital of Garlemald, lies the Lapis Manalis and the hidden village of the reapers. For generations the cave dwelling served as a home and training ground for those chosen to be in their ranks. The residents had a farm, and a working agricultural system with a blacksmith to craft their scythes and a training area with advanced combat training dolls.
With the onset of magitek, the reapers fell out of favor with the military, and after one of their members attempted assassination on Emperor Solus; the founder of magitek, the clan was ousted from Garlemald and the village was abandoned.
Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker[]
After numerous sightings of voidsent in the area, The Warrior of Light and the Scions travel to the abandoned village as they suspect it is a likely location for their invasion. After investigating, they find voidsent deep below the mountain village with a large voidgate guarded by Cagnazzo. Following the Archfiend's defeat, the party retrieves Ceruleum from the depths of the mountain to assist those in need back at the capital.
