Kupka Kupp is a non-playable character in Final Fantasy XIV. He is a postmoogle with a heart-shaped pom who appeared in seasonal event Valentione's Day.

When the Warrior of Light meets with Lisette de Valentione and Astrid Kupka Kupp appears and delivers a letter from his dear friend Elyne to the Warrior of Light. Kupka Kupp asks for help to encourage Elyne to follow her dream. While observing the Agelyss River in middle La Noscea, Astrid says that a painting of the sea might help bring Elyne out of her melancholy. Kupka offers his artistic talents and suggests that the exotic scent of the region's flowers would add another stimulating element to Elyne's gift. Using pigments prepared by Astrid, the moogle completed the painting and asked them to return with him to Gridania to deliver the gift to Elyne. Although momentarily excited by the thoughtful gift, Elyne reverts to despondency when pressed to explain her recent lack of enthusiasm. After hearing the inspiring words of the Warrior of Light, Elyne improves her outlook.[1]
Kupka Kupp remembers that he still has love letters to deliver to the Songbirds in Ul'dah. He is accompanied by Elyne, Astrid and the Warrior of Light. After the airship arrives in Ul'dah, the party pays a visit to the royal seneschal at the Ruby Road Exchange. Astrid takes the opportunity that the Valentione's Day and Little Ladies' Day celebrations are happening on the same date and delivers a missive from Lisette proposing to hold some sort of joint event. Elyne suggests that the Songbirds wear Valentione costumes, a proposal that is enthusiastically received by all involved. Astrid immediately returns to Gridania to make the necessary arrangements.[2]
The royal senescal asks the rest of the party to make a gift delivery of sweets to the patients in the children's ward of the Frondale's Phrontistery. Once delivered, Lady Aldiytha encourages Elyne to help distribute them, and Elyne and Kupka enjoy spending time with some newly friends. With the work completed, Kupka suggests that Warrior of Light return to the senescal and see if Astrid has arrived with the costumes. The senescal reports that Astrid has returned and is helping the Songbirds put on their new costumes. The Warrior of Light accompany Elyne to the stage and, after the performance, the three singers impart some words of wisdom to the would-be adventurer.[2]
Upon returning to Gridania, the party reports to Lisette, and Elyne thanks everyone effusively for making her dreams come true. Astrid and Kupka are also grateful for the experience, learning that there is more to being an emissary than anyone imagined. Satisfied with the growth of her ward, Lisette assures everyone that Valentine's Day is far from over.[2]
Valentione's Day 2022[]

Due to the postmoogles being overwhelmed with deliveries on Valentione's Day, to help Kupka Kupp was provided a novice messenger named Pukty Piko who, unfortunately, is ignorant in the ways of the heart. To rectify the situation, Lisette recruited the Warrior of Light and Astrid to help this hopeless moogle. The two accompanied Pukty Piko and her fellow chocobo as she makes her rounds, while Astrid and the Warrior of Light instructed her on the myriad meanings of love. After completing the deliveries Pukty Piko begins to understand love a little better. When they return to report their progress to Kupka Kupp, the moogle is pleased with Pukty Piko's learning.[3]
Kupka Kupp reveals that while making his deliveries, a young Elezen woman named Aloyse, begged him to rescind a letter she posted moments ago but fled before Kupka Kupp could even guide her. Kupka Kupp then asks them to help him resolve the situation. While Astrid and Kupka Kupp search the Greatloam Growery, the Warrior of Light and Pukty Piko find Aloyse at the Nophica's Altar. After everyone returns to Mih Khetto's Amphitheatre. Aloyse explains that Ezolmile, an Ishgardian nobleman, has asked for her hand in marriage. Although she is delighted at the prospect of such a happy life with her beloved, she confesses that she worries that she is not a noble. With her heart heavy with doubt, she retrieved her letter, which contained her acceptance, before it could be sent. Pukty Piko, now understanding the romantic nature better, insists that she will not give up so easily, and, Aloyse writes her message again. Kupka Kupp and Pukty Piko immediately set off to take care of the delivery, leaving Aloyse waiting for her sweetheart's reply with bated breath.[4]
Anxious, Aloyse did not want to let her future being decided be present and goes to where Ezolmile. Aloyse spies Ezolmile reading the letter and writing a reply. Aloyse returns to Mih Khetto's Amphitheater in all haste to ensure that she is present when Kupka Kupp and Pukty Piko return with the reply. In the letter Ezolmile writes saying that nothing can come between them and marital bliss. Ezolmile appears on the scene and the two bride and groom leave to discuss their future in a more private setting. Pukty Piko is so moved by the sight of the happy couple that her pom-pom turns into the shape of a heart, and she becomes a full-fledged emissary of ardor and affection.[4]
