Oh, shut up and help me remodel the Ktisis Hyperboreia page!
Ktisis Hyperboreia [kəˈtiː.sɪs ˌhaɪ.pər.bɔːˈreɪ.ə] is the fourth Dungeon in Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker.
Story[]
The most extensive facility in Elpis, Ktisis Hyperboreia is a sprawling complex of magically simulated environs. Concepts awaiting evaluation are brought here for the last stages of observation, and, upon meeting the appropriate criteria, are finally released into the world at large. Determined not to surrender Meteion, it is within this facility that Hermes has taken refuge, and you and your companions must find and confront him if you are to shed light upon the truth of the Final Days.

Behind the scenes[]
Due to lore reasons, this is the only dungeon in which the Scions cannot appear as themselves. Instead, if the player has leveled them up to this point, they can be selected as avatar constructs to replicate their appearance and abilities.
This marks the first instance in Final Fantasy XIV of a prior final boss being selectable as a party member. Up until Patch 6.4, it was also the first dungeon whose initial entire party is made up of characters specific to a dungeon.
The Ktiseos gear sets are repurposed from the Shadowless gear from the Heroes' Gauntlet, once more tying the Warrior of Light to their Amaurotine roots. The Casting and Healing sets have more main color variation but appear to have a dusty texture from apparent non-use while most other sets have a pristine black and silver finish, most likely in reference to the clothing aesthetic of Amaurot prioritizing uniformity as everyone, save for a select few all wear the same black robes.
