Kindred Cord is found in a chest during "Back to Base" in "Wutai's Finest", after defeating Corneo Lackeys and obtaining the Interplate ID Cards.
Use[]
The accessory has use when Yuffie and Sonon are both in the party and focus on synergizing their abilities for Synergized Art of War and Synergized Windstorm. Either party member may wear it; the wielder will consume half an ATB gauge rather than a full one. It is good to combine with 
Haste on both, easily achieved by linking 
Time Materia with 
Magnify Materia.
