Kilphe is a playable character of War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Known as the Quiet Miscreant, she is a member of the Fennes army and serves as Oldoa's right hand. Although she possesses great skill, she does not serve willingly.

Kilphe[]

Oldoa's right hand. She is originally from a frigid village near the border of Fennes and Wezette. Despite her wishes, she was made to serve in the war because of her unparalleled skills. Her only hope in life is her little brother, who was also taken prisoner, though she does not know if he is still alive.

Character description

Kilphe is a UR-rarity unit of the Earth element whose main job is Staff Mage, while her sub jobs are Spellblade and White Mage. She can equip the following items: Staff, Hat, Clothing, Accessory. Her unit cost is 80.

Her Master Ability increases her own Max HP by 20% and decreases both her Non-Attack Ability Activation Time as well as her Attack Ability Activation Time by 200. Her limit burst is Stave Collector, which lowers target's Magic Res for 3 turns, then deals Dmg (L) based on caster's MAG stat.

A hair ornament made of materials that easily diffuse magic. Through this hairpin, Kilphe sends magical power to her staff, allowing her to control it freely. It is possible for her to do so without this ornament; however, it seems like her sensitivity and accuracy drop considerably.

Her Trust Master Reward is the Staff Mage's Hairpin accessory which bestows HP +201, DEF +8, CRT +15 and the Treacherous Pride ability, which raises own Unit Attack Res for 3 turns & lowers Area Attack Res.

Kilphe (Summer)[]

Immerse myself in the ocean in order to get through this hot summer weather? I see, it is indeed a reasonable proposition. However, why must I wear such scant scraps of cloth. Hm...so this is also standard summer procedure? I see... No matter. Let's go with that.

Character description

Kilphe (Summer) is a UR-rarity unit of the Light element whose main job is Strider, while her sub jobs are Soldier and Thief. She can equip the following items: Axe, Helm, Clothing, Accessory. Her unit cost is 90.

Her Master Ability increases Light unit allies' Max HP by 10% and Light Attack by 15, as well as her own SPR by 10 and ATK by 5%. Her limit burst is Summer Fatale, which lowers target's Light Res for 3 turns, then deals Dmg (L).

A pareo carefully tailored from a beautiful fabric. Cut from a very expensive material, it was originally stored in a castle later seized by Fennes. Oldoa supposedly wanted it as well, but Kilphe strictly refused to give it up. Cool to the touch, it has an incredibly pleasant texture when worn.

Exotic Pareo description

Her Trust Master Reward is the Exotic Pareo accessory, which bestows HP +303, SPR +8, AGI +5 and the Midsummer Refreshment ability, which restores own AP & bestows Shell for 3 turns.

Unreaching Affection

It is a little known fact that Oldoa of Muraga's royal guard has an unmatched affinity for cute animals. This affinity, however, fails to reach the objects of her affection more often than not. Though she adores them enough to stop marching while on duty if they are spotted on the wayside, animals take her hair and armor as a threat and run away frightened.
Kilphe, watching this unfold nearby, is aware of why these animals fear Oldoa, but she says nothing. It would appear that seeing Oldoa despair over being rejected by her beloved animals brings a smile to her lips.

Vision card description

Unreaching Affection is an MR-rarity vision card with a cost of 50. At Lv. 70, its stats are HP +268, ATK +91 and MAG +89. Its Party Abilities are Wind Attack Up 20 and Wind Unit Max HP Up 15%. Its Bestowed Effect is Max HP Up 8%. It was illustrated by SQUARE ENIX.
