Kikimo Kimo is a non-playable character from Final Fantasy XIV. She is a saleswoman for the East Aldenard Trading Company in charge of inventory supervision in Kugane. Kikimo was also charged by Hancock Fitzgerald with obtaining luxury goods from the Ruby Sea at exorbitant prices.
History[]
After the Confederacy arrests a ship that refused to pay the Ruby Tithe claiming they were associated with the East Aldenard Trading Company, Tsukikage enlists the help of the Warrior of Light to confirm that the arrested were indeed associated with the Company. The Warrior of Light takes the ship's flag and a list of the confiscated goods to Kikimo. She says she does not recognize the items and confirms that the ship was not associated with Company. Kikimo says that many of the items listed are luxurious and would be happy if she could buy them from the Confederacy.[2]
The Warrior of Light returns with a letter from Tsukikage describing his terms and conditions for negotiations. After quickly scanning it, Kikimo says that she would be happy to accept the conditions he has outlined in the document. She then goes on to say that if the Confederacy manages to procure a few other luxury items from the Ruby Sea in addition to those listed in the captive ship's inventory, she would be willing to pay them handsomely. Kikimo then hands the Warrior of Light a letter containing a contract for Tsukikage to look over and sign.[3]
Once Confederacy members are forbidden to enter Kugane, Kikimo meets with Tsukikage in Sakazuki. To keep the bakufu from suspecting that she is doing business with the Confederacy, Kikimo sends a ship to collect hidden goods on the north side of the island.[4] Despite an unforeseen internal problem in the Confederation, they manage to complete the transaction without any problems.[5]
