Keith David.
Keith David (born June 4, 1956) is an American actor and voice actor. He is the voice of Chaos in Dissidia Final Fantasy and Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy.

Background[]
Outside of the series, David is best known for his role as Childs in The Thing and as the Imam in the Chronicles of Riddick franchise. He is also the voice of David Anderson in the Mass Effect series, Thel'Vadam in the Halo franchise, and the Flame King in Adventure Time. He is also a frequent contributor to the Disney universe, with such voice roles as Goliath from the 1990s animated television series Gargoyles and Dr. Facilier from 2009's The Princess and the Frog.
