Kai-Shirr Olkoh is a non-playable character from Final Fantasy XIV, first appearing in the expansion Shadowbringers. In patch 5.1 Vows of Virtue, Deeds of Cruelty, Kai-Shirr became a client for the Custom Deliveries system.

Appearance[]
Kai-Shirr is a blue haired mystel with blue eyes. He wears a hempen tunic with knee high culottes and brown leather shoes.
Personality[]
Initially introduced as a troublemaker who intended to steal Alphinaud's idea to get into Eulmore, Kai-Shirr is just a boy who wanted to get into the city to see his friends and fulfill the promise of being together again in paradise. Over time he grows as a person and assists in making the city thrive.

In Patch 5.1, Kai-Shirr was added as a Custom Delivery NPC. To unlock his custom deliveries, the player must first complete the Main Scenario Quest 
Moving Forward and the sidequest 
The Boutique Always Wins. After that, the player can unlock Kai-Shirr's Custom Deliveries through Oh, Beehive Yourself quest by talking to Kai-Shirr in Eulmore (X:11.7 Y:11.7).
The Kai-Shirr's Custom Deliveries are located in the Eulmore at the Beehive (X:12.3, Y:9.9). Every week the player delivers collectible items to his and receives crafting and gathering scrips, in addition to experience and gil.
Players can gain the ability to cast glamours on Kai-Shirr by raising his satisfaction level to the maximum.

His name may be derived from the Chinese phrase 开始 (kāi shǐ), which means "start/to begin" (anew).
