The name's Jessie, deputy president of Garlond Ironworks.

Jessie

Jessie Jaye is a non-playable character from Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. She is the Deputy President of Garlond Ironworks. She is introduced in Patch 2.3 in the quest "Magiteknical Difficulties." Jessie is based on the AVALANCHE member the same name in Final Fantasy VII.

Profile

Jessie's appearance resembles her Final Fantasy VII counterpart, being a young female Midlander Hyur with brown eyes and brown hair tied into a ponytail.

Personality

Though Jessie is a hardworking, dedicated and loyal member of Garlond Ironworks, she is often more concerned with the expansion, productivity and general well-being of the business. Thereby, she is less inclined to use company resources on endevours that are not entirely profitable, even if they are for good or serious causes. This often leads her into disagreements with Cid Garlond, who often uses his company to aid his friends and allies in the Scions of the Seventh Dawn and the Eorzean Alliance. As a result, Jessie is independent and willing to make decisions without consulting Cid if it means for the betterment of the company, such as hiring Nero tol Scaeva.
