Jecht Stream (ジェクトストリーム, Jekuto Sutorīmu?) is a recurring ability in the series originating in the original Dissidia Final Fantasy. It is an ability used exclusively by Jecht.


Dissidia Final Fantasy[]

Jecht Stream is an aerial physical Bravery attack for Jecht, learned at the start of the game. It requires 45 CP to equip (FOR when mastered), 180 AP to master, has Melee Low priority on the uncharged version and Melee Mid priority on the charged version, can induce Chase on one well-timed follow-up, and can induce Wall Rush for two well-timed follow-ups. Jecht bombards the opponent with a flurry of punches, kicks and sword attacks. Initial strike can be charged for better range, power, and to make it unblockable. By pressing CircleCircleCircle, Jecht will end the combo with Jecht Blade, and by pressing CircleCircle — ↓ + Circle, Jecht will instead end with Triumphant Grasp.

Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy[]

Jecht Stream returns as a Bravery attack for Jecht, now requiring 60 CP to equip (30 when mastered), and 130 AP to master. It is otherwise nearly identical to its previous version, although the first combo can now be ended with Jecht Blade or Jecht Beam.
