A stranger proficient in all weapons, starting with the greatsword. Arrived in Cornelia with a black crystal and passion to "kill Chaos." Although he had no interest in his own past, thinking it only an impediment, he recovers his forgotten memories during his journeys, fulfilling his rightful objective.
Description
Jack Garland is a playable character representing Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin in Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia. He is automatically recruited in Act 3, Finale, Pt. 1, "Thirst of Chaos".

Jack has dirty blond hair kept in a short crop, a horizontal scar running over the bridge of his nose and short stubble around his mouth and on his chin. He wears a dark-colored, asymmetric, button-up short-sleeved t-shirt, black pants, black lace-up boots, and black, worn, fingerless gloves with white wraps underneath them.
His alternate costume is based on his appearance as "Knight Garland".

Allusions[]
- Jack pairs with The Emperor for his FR ability as both are driven by a singular goal and will do anything to attain that. Both also tend to use insulting language to address their enemies. This pairing also alludes to their clashes in "Different Future" scenario from Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin.
- In his trailer, Jack uses his Burst ability on the Warrior of Light, Gilgamesh and the Emperor, all of whom have been the primary adversaries of DLC expansions of his game: Trials of the Dragon King, Wanderer of the Rift and Different Future, respectively.
- Spinning Slash and Highbringer are taken from the Swordsman job, while Zantetsuken and Soul of Chaos are taken from the Breaker and Cyclic Warrior jobs, Lightbringer being a combination of Overrun (Dark Knight) and Wild Fang (Liberator) combo attacks, and Thirst of Chaos ending in the weapon ability Skybreaker (Barbarian's Sword/ Ragnarok).
