Description
Item Master materia is a 
Complete Materia in Final Fantasy VII Remake. It improves the efficacy of items used by the character, up to +50% greater than their usual effect.

Item Master materia can be purchased from Chadley after completing Battle Intel Report 11 to assess 20 enemy types. The first purchase of the materia costs 100 gil. The second copy costs 5,000 gil.

Use[]
Item Master materia improves the efficacy of items used by the user by +30% at level 1, +40% at level 2, and +50% at level 3. In most playthroughs, the materia can be more efficient than equipping several 
Magic Materia, as items have a wide variety of effects, and improving the amounts they heal by or the amounts they damage can be more useful in battle in some cases. It can also be useful on characters with a lower 
Magic attribute, such as Tifa or Barret. The player can substitute it with the healing carcanet to free up a materia slot in favor of an accessory slot. The effect of both also stacks, so for the best healing from items the player can equip both healing carcanet and the item master at once.
In hard mode, Item Master is redundant, because items cannot be used.
