The Iron Fist is an enemy in Final Fantasy V. They appear in Castle Exdeath, and are rarely found on the fifth floor in groups of two, but more commonly on the seventh and ninth floors.

As a pugilist, Iron Fist has strong physical attacks and its Dancehall Daze will blind party members. They have fairly high HP compared to individual monsters on the lower floors of Castle Exdeath.
Though they have no skills to teach, their rare steal is the powerful Beast Killer, a whip that deals extra damage to Magic Beast-type enemies. Iron Fist is susceptible to Level 2 Old.

An "iron fist" refers to firmness or ruthlessness of attitude or behavior. Someone who rules with an iron fist is in absolute control and tolerates no dissent.
