Final Fantasy IV description

Iron Arrow (鉄の矢 or てつのや, Tetsu no Ya?), also known as Iron and Brass Arrow, is a recurring weapon in the Final Fantasy series.

Appearances[]

Final Fantasy III[]

Iron Arrow is a low-ranked arrow that provides 12 Attack (17 in the NES version). It can be bought for 8 gil at Canaan, Dwarven Hollows, and Amur (all remake only), or found as treasure at Canaan in Cid's basement.

Final Fantasy IV[]

Iron Arrow is one of the weakest arrows providing 5 Attack, being only slightly stronger than the Medusa Arrows, and is a Metallic weapon. It can be bought for 10 gil at Kaipo and Agart or found as treasure in Damcyan. Rosa also starts with Iron Arrows when recruited.

Final Fantasy IV: The After Years[]

Iron Arrow is the second weakest arrow, providing 5 Attack. It can be bought for 50 gil at Mysidia, Dwarven Castle, Tomra, and Kaipo.

Final Fantasy XI[]

Iron Arrow is an archery weapon that provides 14 damage and 120 delay. It deals 7 damage per second and accumulates 45 TP per hit. It can be equipped by level 14 Warrior, Red Mage, Thief, Paladin, Dark Knight, Beastmaster, Ranger, Samurai, and Ninja.

It can be bought for 7 - 10 gil from Tevigogo in Western Adoulin (D-9), Chayaya in Al Zahbi (J-8) and Dehbi Moshal in Al Zahbi (G-10), Mjoll in Bastok Markets (E-11), Boytz in Bastok Mines (H-7), Galvin in Port Bastok (E-7), Stinknix in Lower Jeuno (H-9), Leyla in Port Jeuno (H-8), Antonia in Upper Jeuno (H-8) and Champalpieu (H-6), Wata Khamazom in Nashmau (H-9), Jirokichi in Norg (I-8), Shiny Teeth in Rabao (F-6), Thadiene in Southern San d'Oria (K-7), and Torapiont in Selbina (J-9). It is dropped by Antican Funditor, Antican Aedilis, Antican Essedarius, and Antican Sagittarius. 99 can be obtained from an Iron Quiver.
