A member of the Amicitia family, Iris is eight years younger than her older brother, Gladiolus. She, too, has been friends with Noctis since they were young, and over the years she has developed romantic feelings for him.

Character profile

Iris appears as a playable character in Final Fantasy Record Keeper who could be initially recruited during the Challenge Event Shield of the King, where she was a First Time Reward for completing the Declaration of War stage on Classic difficulty.

Profile

Iris has access to Rank 5 White Magic to function as a healer. With 207 Mind she has the 20th highest Mind in the game; while she currently only has one healing Soul Break, it is a powerful Burst Soul Break. Her access to Rank 4 Dancer also lets her use supportive skills to debuff enemies, particularly once the player accesses her Record Dive to give her Rank 5 Dancer and the powerful Multi-Break ability. A standout stat of hers is her Speed; with 173 Speed at Level 99, she is considerably faster than any other dedicated healer in the game.

Beyond this, Iris has virtually no versatility in combat. While she does have access to Fist and Thrown weapons for decent Attack boosts, her own base Attack is poor, and her access to Rank 3 Monk only affords her a handful of Monk abilities, none of which are of much practical use. She is not entirely useless offensively, though, as one of her Soul Breaks deals white magic damage to enemies and gives useful attacking buffs to the party.
