It can be learned by Serah (level 18), Noel (level 48), Ahriman (1), Black Chocobo (7), Breshan Bass (13), Chelicerata (12), Dendrobium (28), Nabaat (3), Schrodinger (9), Silver Lobo (1), and Viking (4).
It is also an enemy ability used by Ahriman.

It costs 20 MP to use and reduces all elemental resistances by 100% for 4 turns to one enemy.
