Patch history

Stormblood	Added with 270 potency, 2 second cast time, 3% base MP cost, and increased Mana by 4. Could only be used under the effect of the Impactful status granted by Jolt II. Scatter and Impact were distinct spells.
Shadowbringers	Potency reduced to 220 seconds. Cast time increased to 5 seconds. MP cost set at 400 with MP system overhaul. Now replaces Scatter via the Scatter Mastery trait.
Patch 5.1	New PvP exclusive version added; see below for its patch history.

PvP patch history
